From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

Register of interests

Hull CCG is committed to being open and honest in how we conduct our business at all times.

One of the key ways we do this is by making sure that the decisions we make are, and are seen to be, impartial. All Board Members, Employees, Committee Members, Council of Member Representatives  and Relevant Others of the CCG are required to declare conflicts and potential conflicts of interest in relation to our business activities.

We have published these declarations below. Declarations are completed on appointment to the CCG or its Council of members, governing body or Committees, at meetings, on changing role, responsibility or circumstances and in addition to this on a six monthly basis (as per the CCGs timeline). The footer on the register also details the month the spreadsheet was updated.

If you have any questions please contact us.

Declarations of Interest

Information about our obligation to declare conflicts of interest can be found in NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group’s Constitution
