The pioneering new Falls Response Service for patients in Hull involving NHS Hull Clinical 
Commissioning Group, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC), Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Humber NHS Foundation Trust has been showcased in ‘Communities of Care’ –a series of NHS Alliance programmes produced in partnership with ITN Productions.
