The pioneering new Falls Response Service for patients in Hull involving NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC), Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Humber NHS Foundation Trust  has been showcased in ‘Communities of Care’ –a series of NHS Alliance programmes produced in partnership with ITN Productions.

Introduced by national newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky,’Communities of Care’ is an in-depth online programmefeaturing key industry interviews and news-style reports along with sponsored editorial profiles of leading organisations.

‘Communities of Care’ is a three-part series, looking at how the NHS is meeting the challenge of tightened budgets, rising costs and stretched resources. The programme explores the renewed focus on empowering individuals to manage their health within their communities, and how that’s reflected across the country. It covers new models of care, systems that ease the administrative burden, and innovative new treatments.
