Health and social care leaders from across Hull and the East Riding will be taking your questions at the event on the afternoon of Thursday 7th July. The Question Time event will use a similar format to the BBC programme of the same name, and will take place at 2pm in the Circle Restaurant, KCOM Stadium, Hull.

You can submit questions on any topic you choose; from A&E to obesity, waiting times to wheelchair services, pharmacies to funding; and there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion. Questions must be submitted in advance to ensure the widest possible range of topics can be covered on the day, and to make the most of the expertise available.

To submit a question and/or to reserve your place, visitwww.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/2016healthexpo Alternatively send your full name, address, and a contact phone number or email address, along with any questions you may have, to Louise Skinner, Communications Team Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Alderson House, Hull Royal Infirmary, Anlaby Road, Hull HU3 2JZ.

The Question Time event will take place from 2:00 – 3:30pm on Thursday 7th July 2016 in the Circle Restaurant, KCOM Stadium, Hull.

The event is just one part of the overall 2016 Health Expo, a celebration of local healthcare innovation and excellence featuring guests speakers, an exciting and interactive health and well-being zone, a healthcare exhibition, and a recruitment fair.
