From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

The following document is a refresh of the Local Transformation Plan for children and young people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health. The first version of this was written in September 2015, in response to the recommendations set out in the Future In Mind report, and has now been updated one year on.

The plan is owned and driven by the Children and Young People’s Transformation Steering Group which is comprised of health, social care, public health and voluntary sector organisations, with NHS Hull CCG as the lead.
