People in Hull are invited to share their thoughts on eConsult; a new web-based consultation system which allows users to get online medical advice from their GP.
In August 2017 the eConsult service was launched to help patients consult their GP using a simple online web-form. After submitting a form the practice would typically get back in touch within two working days.
Since then the system has been used by many people and has generated a lot of conversation online.
NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is looking to evaluate the project and will be gathering the thoughts and experiences of people who have used the system.
