From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

It’s back by popular demand; once again NHS Hull CCG is challenging the people of Hull to share their #HealthySelfies!

Last year, as part of the City Of Culture’s successful Challenge Hull programme, we asked local people, community groups and city services to share photos of the activities that help them feel healthy and well.

The public response was fantastic and our social media channels were inundated with pictures of fun runs, yoga, cycling, dancing, cooking and over a hundred other activities.

In 2018 we’re extending the campaign throughout June. We would like to invite you to take part in this challenge too! Simply take a photo of something which makes you feel healthy and well.

This can be anything that makes you feel healthy, happy, relaxed and gives you a feeling of wellbeing. Examples include:

  • Running, jogging, swimming, walking, cycling
  • A delicious healthy meal
  • Relaxing in a warm field
  • Friends, family, pets
  • Sports, challenges, marathons
  • Sunny days, fun activities, events, hobbies
  • Painting, writing, playing an instrument or other outlet

We will be tweeting and posting throughout June from our @HullChampions and @NHSHullCCG twitter accounts with photos from us and our Hull 2020 Champions.

Grab your phones, snap yourselves while you’re out and post your images to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag: #HealthySelfies
