From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. Grants of up to £500 are available for community groups and organisations who deliver activities which improve the lives of people living on Bransholme.

The fund aims to support activities that will encourage people to become involved in their local communities, have a better quality of life, enable people of all ages to develop new skills and encourage people to become more active.
