From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

Hull Health and Care Partnership is supporting Hull’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Co-production Audit and requesting that all staff provide their input.

This audit applies to every member of staff working within our organisation and across the wider public and VCSE sectors.

The SEND re-inspection in October 2019 identified co-production as an area requiring significant improvement in Hull. Listening events with parents, carers and practitioners in 2021 reinforced this.

The SEND Co-production Audit will inform the development of an improvement plan to address co-production in the city.

The audit will take 10 minutes to complete and is available via this link: https://eu.surveymonkey.com/r/HULLSENDAUDIT

It is important to stress that this audit applies to all staff members whether you work directly with SEND patients and families or not.

Please note, any data which identifies individuals will be extracted from responses before review.

For more information, support, and guidance please get in touch with the SEND COG: sendcoproduction@hullcc.gov.uk
