Why has Spencer group joined Working Voices?
At Spencer Group the wellbeing, both physical and mental, of all of our employees is a priority. We actively promote a health work – life balance and have signed the Employers Pledge with Time to Change to help address the stigma around mental health.
We are keen to take every opportunity to empower people to access support and activities which may be of benefit and by signing up to Working Voices our employees are also able to have their voice heard on NHS issues that affect them within their community.
