From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

Become a Hull Champion

Do you have a skill, passion or idea that you could use to help others?

We are helping people living and working in Hull to understand how to get started to use their skills and things they are interested in to help others.

Be a part of it; feel amazing by being part of an exciting community of people that make things happen.

Advice, inspiration, promotion and project support provided at no charge as part of the Hull Champions Programme.

Live or work in Hull? YOU can be a Hull Champion!

It’s not a position you are voted into or a committee to sit in on; just by being a positive and active member of your community you could be a Hull Champion too.

The programme is a way of igniting champion behaviour by supporting local people to achieve their personal and community goals. You decide what is important and we help you do something about it.

Funded by NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group and Hull City Council, the Hull Champions are part of thriving communities.

Our work helps people feel that they are valued in the community, that they can and have played their part in shaping services and what their community looks like. We commit to recognising communities as valuable resources and part of the solution.
