Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) gives members of the public and our partners an opportunity to hear about the work we have undertaken over the previous year and our plans for the next 12 months. It also gives everyone the opportunity to ask senior members of the CCG questions.

The CCG would like to make sure our AGM is accessible to everyone. We choose accessible venues and provide in Hearing Loop. In the past we have offered additional support including a sign language translator and a palan typist. We also stream the event live on Facebook and ensure that footage is available afterwards via this website. If you require any additional support to access or take part in our AGM, please contact us at:

Annual General Meeting

Our 2019/20 AGM will be held on 30 September from 5:30-8pm.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to hold this year’s AGM virtually by streaming through our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

There is an option for people to listen in to the AGM via telephone. If you wish to join using this method please let us know in advance and we will be able to provide the joining details. Please email us on or telephone 01482 344700 and leave a message with your contact details by no later than Friday 25 September.

Whilst the format may be different, the agenda will be familiar. We will look back on improvements in patient care in Hull during 2019-20 before discussing the future and the challenges it will bring, including the response and recovery to Covid-19. We will also present our Annual Accounts for 2019-20, with a focus on how and where our budget was spent.

As per previous years, we are holding a question and answers session. However, due to how we are holding this year’s event, we are asking for all questions to be submitted in advance. If you wish to put a question to our panel, please email, call 01482 344700 or write to Communications Team, NHS Hull CCG, 2nd Floor, Wilberforce Court, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull, HU1 1UY no later than Wednesday 23 September.

Here is a selection of our projects from 2017/18:

Each year, at our AGM, we host a Question and Answers section where members of the public and attendees can pose their questions to our executive team. Here you can see the live footage from our 2018 AGM.
