From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. We will become part of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB. You can continue to use this website to find the information you need, which remains relevant for the Hull area.

NHS Hull CCG Strategic Plan 2014 – 2020

NHS Hull CCG Strategic Plan 2014 – 2020

NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has established a programme for integrated service transformation in Hull, working alongside public sector
organisations. This means that organisations that previously worked independently, can now work alongside others to provide the best all around care.

In this time of challenge for public funded services, it brings an opportunity to radically change the way services are offered to meet the needs of the whole population and work towards a better and healthier future for the people of Hull.

The Hull 2020 vision is:
“In 2020 we will work together better to enable the people of Hull to improve
their own health and wellbeing and to achieve their aspirations for the future.”
This strategy document outlines the rationale for the Hull 2020 programme
and demonstrates how it is embedded in the context of clear delivery of
healthcare commissioning and greater integration with social care. The Hull
2020 programme builds on the extensive health and social care
commissioning activity and broadens that to work with organisations such as
the Police and Fire services.
