From 1 July 2022, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) will be dissolved, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) will take over the responsibility for NHS functions and budgets. Humberside Fire & Rescue, in partnership with NHS Hull CCG, require participants for their Fitness, Health & Wellbeing programme which is due to start on 14th January 2016 at Endeavour High School, Beverley Road, Hull.

The programme will run for 12 weeks and will consist of one hour of physical activity, followed by one hour of healthy living advice and support. For 8 weeks after the end of the programme participants will have 8 weeks of adhoc support and contact for further advice around healthy living and diet.

The aim of the programme is to:

  • Promote Healthy Lifestyles
  • Raise the aspirations of young people in the area
  • Improve emotional and mental wellbeing
  • Deliver a healthier lifestyle programme

Are you aged 20 – 30 years old, and have a poor diet or make poor lifestyle choices? Are you unemployed? Or do you want to try and change your life and health choices? Perhaps you know someone who would benefit from taking part?
